Agency for Sale listings placed on AgencyEquity do not list your name, the specific location of the agency, or any other characteristic that may identify your specific agency. You may choose to disclose this to potential sellers who inquire about your agency, however, the information that is displayed to sellers will not identify your agency. Furthermore, the specific location of your agency is not displayed, we only list the state or a region of the state your agency is located in (regions are only in CA, FL, TX & NY including a grouping of several counties). We ask for information on who you are just to make sure your listing is legitimate, but this is not displayed on the front end whatsoever.

Any Visitor – This is viewable to everyone, including those who don’t have a membership or login.
Members Only – This can be viewed only by members (most memberships are paid, only captive agency memberships are not paid and this only limits these members to only Allstate, Farmers and other captive agencies).
Not Visible (internal use only) – This is only for internal use, it will not be displayed or disclosed to anyone.
